I ordered a bucs super bowl t shirt and cap. Very expensive. I ordered a extra large shirt. I looks like a kids shirt. The amount of money to send back is a rip off. Done with this company107
I recieved a Nike t shirt (first mistake) from this online merchant. Nike Essential Legend Performance T-Shirt along with other shirts of the same size. All fit well except this one, too tight. Would have been ok but the rubber iron on logo was put too high on chest near the crew neck collar. The tight fit causes perspiration and discomfort. It also looks pretty goofy and knock off like. In order to return this $40 dollar product there is a 25% return free or $9.99. Crap product crap return policy. Their site doesn't even have a way to rate the product or appeal the additional charge.

I recently bought a helmet from NFL shop. Unfortunately, the helmet was received damaged. I contacted Cristin and she was kind, very responsive, and helpful for each step along the way. The return could have been a disaster, but she explained and kept me informed of every step needed. I am very satisfied with her service and will continue to shop at NFL shop because of how I was treated so well. She provided 5 star service to me.
I have ordered a shirt from here and have already been waiting a week for delivery. I have sent 2 emails to the customerfirst email account with no response. This shirt was for a birthday present and I now dont think it will arrive in time. Really disappointed.
I wonder what has happened to my order (Order 279-3443-4054). Ordered a Tampa Bay super bowl shirt in february to Sweden and has still not received the shirt. According to NFL Shop Europe it was delivered to me via DHL but since they never transfered any email or phone number to DHL I never received any notification and the shirt was returned back. I will contact the NFL organisation and fanatics regarding this. I lost 50 euros in this terrible experience.

I have recently order some items that I had to return due to product issues. One issue that is absurd are the Brady hats I purchased. I spoke to someone in the chat and these started the pictures are the same and there might be a slight difference. If you look at the pictures below the lettering and the goat are black on the website. The black matches the black outline on the number 12. The hats I received do not match the color. I don't know what the support agent and her supervisor were looking at. I was clearly disregarded and they wanted to give me 25% of code. They give me 25% off via email frequently. This is a huge slap in the face.

Delivery time takes too long (more than a month and still waiting), there is no easy way to contact them (live chat doesn't work, contact phone on the website doesn't work and I had to come here to finally find an email to contact them). A month later after I placed an order, I'm pretty sure they just messed up the delivery address.
Returned items ages ago (using NFL.ca and fanatics) and never once seen a refund, after following the directions.
Items of return were shown to have arrived weeks ago (according to the site and postal tracking), have not seen anything, they don't contact you to tell you it's being processed and there's no way to track anything, it's just a free-for-all and very bare minimum info provided.
Doesn't seem legitimate, in comparison to what you see with other sites which have very detailed return info that actually makes you feel like you'll actually get your money back... I feel like they just took my money and my return and left standing here with nothing
I just saw on national TV NEWS that Black players are less to you then White players. I will no longer wear or buy any of your fan wear. I love the Green Bay Packers, and have much of your gear. No more until you do right by us and I will not watch the Super Bowl. I may be one, however many will follow me on this. Honestly you suck!
The customer service was amazing, in my opinion. It was quick and efficient. The only problem I had was finding the phone number for customer service on the website, which was next to impossible
I ordered an NFL Jersey based on the image and write up on the site. It was not what I thought I ordered!
